• Fair Play and Objectivity: Editors assess articles only on intellectual and scientific content — not authors' race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political ideology.

• Confidentiality: Only the corresponding author, reviewers, prospective reviewers, and editorial advisers may receive information about
  a submitted paper.

• Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest: Unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript must not be used in an editor's own research without the express written consent of the author.

• Involvement in Investigations: Editors will take reasonably responsive measures when ethical complaints are presented concerning
  a submitted manuscript or published paper.

• Contribution to Editorial Judgments: Peer review helps the editor make judgments and may help the author improve the manuscript through editorial correspondence.

• Promptness: Referees should inform the editor and withdraw if they are not qualified to evaluate the research or if a prompt evaluation is not feasible.

• Confidentiality: All manuscripts must be handled with utmost confidentiality. They may only be displayed to or discussed with others with editor permission.

• Objectivity Standards: Reviews must be impartial. Personal criticism is improper. Referees should clearly state opinions and provide supporting evidence.

By submitting a manuscript to IJACDR, authors certify that the work is original, has not been published elsewhere, and adheres strictly to academic integrity.

• Data Integrity & Reporting: Reports of original research should accurately describe the work done and provide an unbiased analysis of its importance.

• Fabrication and Falsification: The document must accurately depict underlying data. Knowingly making false, falsified, or fraudulent claims is unethical.

• Data Access and Retention: When feasible, authors should make raw statistical or survey data available for editorial review.

• Originality and Plagiarism: Writing must be wholly unique. Borrowed ideas or words must be properly cited or quoted.

• Zero-Tolerance for Plagiarism: All contributions are screened by IJACDR using stringent anti-plagiarism tools prior to peer review.

• Concurrent Publications: Authors should not publish almost identical findings in multiple journals or submit the same work to many journals concurrently.

Only those who have significantly contributed to the idea, planning, implementation, or interpretation of the work should be considered authors. Everyone who contributed significantly ought to be listed as a co-author.

Human Subject Research and Field Surveys

Manuscripts involving human subjects, field surveys, or interviews must include a statement that all procedures complied with applicable laws and institutional guidelines, and that informed consent was obtained from all participants.

Conflicts of Interest and Disclosure

All authors must disclose any financial or other significant conflict of interest. All project funding sources must be made public.

Even after publication, if an ethics violation (plagiarism, data fabrication, or redundant publication) is discovered, the following actions may be taken:

• Expression of Concern: If an investigation is underway, the journal may publish a formal notice.

• Retraction: If conclusive misconduct is discovered, the article will be formally removed from the archive with a clear note outlining the ethical transgression.

• Blacklisting: Authors judged to have engaged in serious malpractice will not be permitted to submit work to A4 Publications journals for
  a predetermined period.

A4 Publications takes overall organizational and legal responsibility for the journal's lifecycle.

• Guardianship of the Record: Ensuring all published volumes and datasets are digitally archived and preserved.

• Platform Integrity: Keeping the online submission and peer-review system safe, open, and operational.

• Ethical Oversight: Assisting the editorial board in investigating claims of plagiarism, data manipulation, or research misconduct.

• Commercial Independence: Ensuring sponsorship, publishing fees, or corporate relationships have no bearing on editorial choices or peer-review results.
