Guidelines for Author

Everything you need to prepare and submit your manuscript — format requirements, policies, and editorial standards.

Authors are requested to adhere to the following guidelines before submitting their manuscript to ensure a smooth review and publication process.

Manuscript Format

  • File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)

  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12

  • Line Spacing: 1.5

  • Margin: 1 inch on all sides

  • Length: 3000–6000 words preferred (longer manuscripts may be accepted on merit)

Manuscript Structure

Required elements:

  • Title: Concise, clear, and relevant to the study.

  • Author Details: Full name(s), affiliation(s), email ID(s), and corresponding author clearly indicated.

  • Abstract: 150–250 words summarizing the objective, methodology, key results, and conclusion.

  • Keywords: 4–6 keywords relevant to the manuscript.

Figures and Tables

  • All figures and tables should be numbered and titled.

  • Place figures/tables close to where they are first cited.

  • High-resolution images (at least 300 DPI) should be used.

Referencing Style

  • Use APA (7th Edition) unless otherwise specified.

  • All references must be cited in-text and listed in the reference section.

Plagiarism Policy

  • Manuscripts must be original and unpublished.

  • Similarity should be below 10% (excluding references).

  • IJACDR uses standard plagiarism detection tools. Plagiarism will result in immediate rejection.

Peer Review Process

  • All submissions are subject to double-blind peer review.

  • Reviewers' suggestions must be incorporated before final acceptance.

  • The decision of the editorial board is final.

Ethical Considerations

  • Authors must follow ethical standards and declare conflicts of interest.

  • For studies involving humans or animals, ethical clearance must be provided.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

  • APC details will be communicated upon acceptance.

  • The fee includes peer review, publication, e-certificate, and indexing.

Copyright and Licensing

  • Authors retain copyright.

  • IJACDR holds the right to distribute and archive published content.

  • Published articles are available under an open-access license.
